Vessel: Total volume: 50L, load coefficient is 70%. Stainless steel (316L) vessel with wide sight glass. The design pressure: P(inside)= 0.3Mpa, P(inter layer)=0.3Mpa, The polishing precision: Ra0.4 to 0.6,the ratio between diameter and height: 1:2.56.
Stirrer: Drive with AC motor, speed adjustable. Direct-coupled mechanical drive from top, with mechanical sealing Solid stirrer shaft with 2 pieces of 6-blade disk impeller and 1 set of foam breaker. Rotate speed range: 100-1000rpm.
Aeration: Manual control ventilatory capacity, the precision of inhaler : 0.02μm, displayed by rotameter.
Thermal circuit: Heat by thermostatic water tank and circulate by circulating pump(Grundfos, Denmark),auto control (cooling water+5℃)~50℃±0.2℃.
PH: 2.00-12.00±0.05pH, auto control by adding acid and alkali.
DO of Fermentation Unit: 0-150±3%displaying precision 0.1%.
Feeding: with peristaltic pump.
Anti-foam: Auto-detected and adding anti-foam by peristaltic pump.
Pressure: Manual control exhaust by diaphragm valve, and displayed by pressure gauge.
Sterilization: In situ with external steam.
